Your Support Makes a Difference
For over three decades, the Sylvan Winds has brought the art of wind music to audiences of all ages, in both traditional concert venues and diverse historical settings. Revenue from ticket sales defrays only a small part of the ensemble's operating expenses. But the costs of its annual concert series in New York City, as well as its other artistic and educational programs are considerable. This is why your support – either in the form of individual donations and/or matching funds – is so important.

Sylvan Winds is supported, in part, with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts, with the support of Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Legislature, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council, and the Music Performance Trust Fund.
